Digital market products are delivered to the selected email within 24 business hours after payment is confirmed and the post-payment form is submitted.
The buyer must register name, email, WhatsApp, confirm payment and complete the post-payment form with the exact details of what they want to receive.
Digital market payment links are configured in Peruvian soles. The English version shows approximate USD prices; the buyer’s card issuer or bank applies its own exchange rate.
Digital products are editable resources, templates, guides, prompts or messages ready to adapt. They are not legal, financial or guaranteed-result advice.
Academic services focus on review, editing, structure, formatting and clarity improvement. They do not replace student authorship.

Changes, returns and refund policy
Personalized services start after the scope is confirmed. Once work has started, any scope change must be coordinated in writing and may require an adjustment in price or delivery time.
For digital products delivered by email, refunds do not apply after delivery of the requested file or resource, except for a verifiable issue attributable to KingOps, an incorrect file or a technical access failure not caused by the buyer. In those cases, KingOps may provide replacement, file correction or an approved refund.
The buyer may request support, delivery-data changes or incident review within 7 calendar days after purchase by writing to legal@kingops.lat or WhatsApp +51 904 316 493. Approved refunds are coordinated through the available payment method and are subject to the bank or gateway processing times.
